Photos with Live Bunnies | Watters Creek

You can book photo sessions with live bunnies over at Watters Creek near the play area, Thursdays through Sundays. Schedule your sitting at the link. Walk-ins welcome if the schedule permits.


April 1
Eggcelent Family Adventure | Allen Civic Plaza

Visit tables hosted by local organizations and businesses for eggs, candy, and other goodies. Activities include games, crafts, and face painting. And the Eggcellent Egg Drop! This popular STEAM event is back with limited spots available. More details and an event schedule at the link. 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Free!

Spring Fling & Easter Egg Hunt | The Village at Allen

The Village at Allen will host an egg hunt by age group (with 22,000 filled Easter eggs) for children up to age 10. You can also take photos with the Easter Bunny and enjoy games, crafts, music, train rides, and the inflatable obstacle course. 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. Free!


April 4
Breakfast with the Easter Bunny | Joe Farmer Rec Center

Here’s a mid-week option: Bring your camera and join the Easter Bunny for breakfast and pictures! Create fun spring crafts and have playtime at Tiny Tots. All ages welcome. 9:00 – 11:30 a.m. Tickets $6 – $18.


April 6
Flashlight Egg Hunt and Movie
| Joe Farmer Rec Center

Hunt for eggs after the sun goes down and the moon is shining bright. Bring your flashlight and basket! Registration required for three age-specific hunts: one – four, five – nine, and 10 – 13 years old. 7:30 p.m. $8 for members, $11 for non-members.


April 8
Easter Skate 
| Allen Community Ice Rink

New and experienced skaters are welcome to enjoy Easter-themed activities and skating with the Easter Bunny. All on-ice participants must wear skates. Earn a FREE skate rental when you bring a non-perishable item for All Community Outreach. 11:45 a.m. – 1:45 p.m. $7 entry, $3 skate rental.


April 8
Easter Fun | Fairview Town Center

This is a ticketed event that’s part of Fairview Town Center’s Spring Family Fun Series. See link for details a couple weeks before the event. Geared toward ages three – 10. 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

2023 Egg Hunt | St. Andrew Methodist Church

Children are invited to hunt for more than 15,000 treat-filled eggs and visit with the Easter Bunny. 10: 15 a.m. Free!

Easter Eggstravaganza | Slayter Creek Park

The City of Anna will host an egg hunt and photos with the Easter Bunny today. Egg hunts will be staggered by age group, and beeping eggs will be provided for children with visual impairment. See link for a schedule of Easter activities all week, including a “Spot-the-Bunny” photo scavenger hunt and a glow-in-the-dark egg hunt for teens. Free!

April 1
Easter Egg Scramble | Jake’s Hilltop Park

The Town’s annual Easter event will have lots of candy, a special appearance by the Easter Bunny, and kid-friendly activities. Egg scramble is for kids ages 12 and under. 1:30 p.m. Free!


April 8
H20 Egg Dive | CAC indoor pool

In addition to the splashy egg hunt, kids can visit with the Easter Bunny and enjoy arts and crafts and games. Parents must be in the water with all non-swimmers. Three sessions between 9:00 and 11:30 a.m. $15.

Aqua Egg Hunt | Frisco Athletic Center

Here’s one that always sells out: Splash in the water and scoop up floating eggs at Frisco’s indoor aquatic center. The Easter Bunny will be there for a quick photo, and kids will receive a take-home craft and goody bag. See link for tips and to purchase tickets. April 8
Especially Needed Egg Hunt & Resource Fair | Miracle League Field

Head to Miracle League Field for this 11th annual egg hunt for individuals with special needs and their families. 12:00 – 3:00 p.m. Free! (Registration required.)


Egg Hunt: Nature Eggsplorers! | Frisco Commons

Not occurring in 2023. [Previously: No hurried race for the most eggs this year. Scout for eggs in small groups at a comfortable pace through the trails of Frisco Commons. Take a photo with the Easter Bunny, have your face painted, and visit with Frisco community partners to learn about conservation, nature, recycling, and more. Recommended for ages four – nine. Tickets required for egg hunters only. See link for more details. 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. $5 per child.]

Eggtastic Easter | Little Elm Park

Interactive games, bounce houses, and more than 30,000 Easter eggs on the soccer fields. Egg hunts by age group. It’ll also have vendors for the whole family to enjoy and Easter Bunny photo ops. 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Free!

Easter with Lola and Friends | Lola’s Local Market

Lola’s will have artisan and food vendors, a beautiful photo op with the Easter bunny, and eggs for the kiddos. 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Free!

Egg-stravaganza Egg Hunt | Adriatica Village

Local food, fun, a DJ, and egg hunts by age group (for kids ages three to 10 years old). The Easter Bunny will be posing for photos, too. 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Free!

Hippie Easter Egg Hunt | McKinney Flour Mill

Celebrate spring with yoga, music, dance, and more at Holistic Fest Easter Weekend. Eggs will be filled with holistic goodies, crystals, stones, coupons, candy, and treats. Event and egg hunt hours vary by day; see link for details. Free with preregistration or $5 at the door.


Easter Egg Hunt | Chestnut Square

2023 details TBA. [Previously: Come out for an egg hunt complete with goody bags, candy prizes, a kids’ Easter bonnet/hat contest, and refreshments. 1:00 – 2:30 p.m. Free!]


Egg Hunt | Franconia Brewing Co.

2023 details TBA. [Previously: Kids ages two – 12 are invited for this one. The hunt will end as soon as all the eggs are picked up, so don’t be late! There will be some fun prizes for parents as well! 12:30pm. Free!]

Easter Photos with Bunny! | Willow Bend

Wendell the Easter Bunny will once again be in residence at Willow Bend. You’ll find him in Bunnyville located in Macy’s Court. See photo package details and make reservations at the link. Sensory Bunny will be March 26.

Breakfast with the Easter Bunny | Neiman Marcus (Willow Bend)

All Neiman Marcus locations in the area will host breakfast with the Easter Bunny this morning. Make reservations and see menu at the link. 9:00 a.m. $50 – $60 per person.

Easter Family Fun Day | Prestonwood Baptist Church

The Plano Campus of Prestonwood Baptist Church will have Easter activities for the whole family: inflatables, games, face painting, petting zoo, egg hunt, crafts, fishing, a scavenger hunt, food trucks, and giveaways. 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Free!

Victorian Eggstravaganza and Spring Festival | Heritage Farmstead Museum

This holiday tradition offers family-friendly spring activities and a glimpse into farm life on the Blackland Prairie. Enjoy hands-on demonstrations, make a craft, and take a hayride through the four-acre site. There will be live music and food trucks, too. Meet the Easter Bunny | Play Street Museum

An evening event for little ones. In addition to playtime, kids can enjoy a visit with the Easter Bunny and a fun bunny craft. Bring your camera and take as many pictures as you want. Children under the age of one and over the age of eight are free with a paying sibling. 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. Tickets $25.

Easter Eggstravaganza | FUMC Plano

FUMC Plano will have 40,000 eggs, inflatables, train rides, a rock wall, and food trucks. It will also have a dedicated egg hunt area for children with special needs to enjoy freely. 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Free!

Jazzy Easter Brunch | Legacy Hall

Looking for Easter Sunday brunch? Legacy Hall will have live swingin’ jazz, Instagram-y Peep Mimosas, Easter Bunny photos, and delicious dishes from the food hall eateries. This is a free event, but tickets will be collected for all table reservations. See the link for pricing and what comes with your table reservation. 12:00 – 4:00 p.m.


Easter Eggstravaganza Egg Hunting | Cheeky Monkeys Plano

2023 details TBA. [Previously: Cheeky Monkeys Plano will have an Easter event today with arts and crafts, an Easter Bunny appearance, and egg hunt. Kid’s meal included, and there’s a prize for finding the Golden Egg! (FYI, Cheeky Monkeys is designed for ages 10 months to eight years old.) 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. $24.99 per child.]

Easter Egg Hunt | Veteran’s Memorial Park

Spring Eggstravaganza | The Colony Five Star Complex

Kids can gather eggs filled with an assortment of candy and prizes. Get photos taken with Peter Rabbit and create an Easter-themed craft. And don’t miss the entertainment zone with giant slide, giant lawn games, and petting zoo. More details at the link. 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. Tickets are only required for the egg hunt portion of the event ($5 in advance, $8 on the day). All other activities are free.

Easter Movie & Egg Hunt | Lava Cantina

Dine, watch Hop, and have a backyard egg hunt all in one spot! Enjoy $2 off kids meals during the movie. 12:00 p.m. Free!

Free games and activities all day, egg runs by age (even some for dogs!) and Easter Bunny photos for purchase. Bring a basket! 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. $5 for photos and egg run registration.

Easter Egg Hunt | In Sync Exotics

The wildlife rescue and educational center will have an egg hunt, field games, face painting, bounce house, and treats for the big cats. Please see link for schedule and details. 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. $12 for adults, $10 for kids (four – 12), under four free.
