Amanda entered the world of publishing while selling newspaper ads in Denver. She currently serves as an editorial contributor to homegrown publications as well as reviews creative writing for a literary journal based in Baltimore. With a son headed to college and daughter starting 5th grade, she can be found attending school events, helping with science projects, and proofing essays. Amanda's pastimes include discovering vintage artwork, experimenting with new recipes, and trying to keep the garden alive.

Allison Donahue

Hailing from West Tennessee, Allison comes from a vibrant household of seven siblings and their 14 children. She currently resides in Benbrook with her husband Kevin and their two adorable boys. Having earned a BFA in graphic and web design from Ole Miss, Allison’s creative solace extends beyond her profession to include painting, piano, and nurturing an appreciation for life's diverse beauty. You can find her at any outdoor event -- kids in tow and coffee in hand!

Ashley Chan

Digital Editor & Community Groups Coordinator

Ashley was born and raised in North Texas and settled down in Frisco. She met her husband while playing intramural basketball at UNT. Ashley taught pre-k and then was a trainer for a technology company until having her two sweet boys. She loves cooking, going for walks with the whole family, and exploring new restaurants all over DFW. She's a hardcore Disney lover and loves to explore and travel with her family.

Dominique Grams

Project Manager

Originally from North Carolina, Dominique is the proudest member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie class of ’04 (Whoop!) who married a fellow Aggie. Dominique has worked on multiple political campaigns, as a project manager for a global medical publishing company, in public education and has been a part of Fort Worth Moms since 2016. Dominique has two incredible and busy boys. In her free time (hah!), she enjoys baking, daydreaming about being on the beach, and visiting Aggieland any chance she gets.

Emily McNay

Financial Manager

Emily grew up in Katy, Texas. She came to Fort Worth to attend TCU, where she met her husband. They married in 2009 and have a daughter, Ellie (2012) and son, Brody (2015). Emily has experience in many administrative roles, and currently assists several small businesses with various needs, ranging from bookkeeping to social media oversight and many things in between. Emily loves to read, cook, be outdoors, and listen to music.

Emily Youree

CEO & Momfessions Host

Emily started her career in the publishing industry in 1999, working on curriculum, magazines, books, and newspapers in the time since. She first became involved with Fort Worth Moms in 2013 as a writer. She became the managing editor in 2014. Twelve months later, she became the sole owner of Fort Worth Moms. She is also the host and founder of Momfessions Podcast. In 2014, she co-authored and released Legendary Locals of Fort Worth. She has also co-written a Bible study, Grace in the Empty Spaces. In 2022, she acquired Collin County Moms and Dallas Moms, creating the Beal Media publishing group. She also enjoys gardening, naps, and drinkig Dr. Pepper.

Emma Meeker

Social media assistant

Emma, a recent returnee to Fort Worth, has a passion for family and exploration. As a mom to a bonus daughter who is six and a son who is two, she finds joy in balancing work and parenthood. Emma's journey with social media management began two years ago, where she discovered her knack for engaging online communities. Beyond her professional pursuits, she cherishes her hobbies, which include traveling to new destinations, scouting the best patio spots for happy hour specials, and capturing the beauty of nature through her camera with photography.

Erinn Anderson

Momfessions Co-host

Erinn is a Fort Worth native and lives five minutes from her parents and childhood home, which is ideal for the entire family! As an only child, Erinn regularly questions her children's (Olivia and Coleman) sibling interactions. After clocking-out from her social work job, she enjoys thrift shopping, trying new recipes, hiking in state parks, playing dominoes with her husband, and attending her children's extracurricular activities.

Jasmine John

Jasmine is a Houston transplant who stuck around in Dallas after earning a few degrees from the University of Texas at Dallas. She comes to Beal Media with a diverse background in communications, marketing, and web development. You can often find her in the garden making the most of planting zone 8a. She uses her raging tea addiction to fuel the raising of her sweet toddler, built with her husband, Peter. An avid foodie, voracious reader, and devoted maidservant to two dogs, she enjoys spending her spare time solving puzzles and learning from those she admires.

Jessica Murrugarra

Jessica wasn’t sure about Texas when she moved here in 2014, but the Ranch Water was delightful and the locals even more! She kickstarted her editing career at a local magazine and, has since, worked as a social media manager and blogger. She is the proud mother of two daughters and loves to play the piano, craft lattes, lift weights, and journal. Her happy place is perched on the edge of Lee Harvey’s Dive-In soaking it up with her awesome Dallas Moms.

Kristen Gardiner

Kristen Gardiner moved to the Dallas area (Allen) in 2018 with her husband and three boys (born in 2010, 2012, and 2015). She has a marketing degree from Texas A&M (class of '06) and an M.B.A. from Texas A&M -- Corpus Christi. Kristen met her husband while working at Whataburger in College Station ,and they have been inseparable ever since. She has spent the past few years as a freelance writer and marketing consultant. Kristen is passionate about storytelling and sharing about struggles with mental health in motherhood on her blog Driving Mom Crazy.

Lauren Escobedo

Lauren serves as Beal Media Council member, writer, resource editor, and hospitality coordinator. A transplant from New York, Lauren now lives on the border of Collin and Dallas counties with her husband and their two sons. On any given day, you will find Lauren working as a full-time mom, attending classes, storytimes, and yoga with her kids. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys cooking on a budget, crafting with her Cricut, and drinking mocktails with friends. Lauren hopes to support, encourage, and uplift other moms, as her closest friends have done for her.

Melissa Harding

Partnerships Manager

Melissa was born and raised in New Jersey, and graduated from Centenary University. Shortly after graduating from college she began and spent 10 years working for Crate & Barrel in NYC. During that time she met her future husband Scott, who works in professional sports. His career moved them all over the country until they ended up landing and settling with their family in McKinney, Texas in 2015. She and her family hope to be here for many years to come.

Missy Lane

Digital Marketing Director

Missy lives in Frisco with her concert-crazy husband, Adam, and two “couldn’t be more different” daughters, Raegan and Maddie. She met Adam while living in Australia, and often jokes she brought him home as a souvenir. A graduate of Oklahoma State University, she will proudly yell, “Go Pokes” across a store or restaurant when she sees a fellow fan! When she isn’t busy taking her girls to dance or gymnastics, you can find Missy crafting, talking to her three kitties, or wandering Target while sipping an iced coffee.
