How Do You Use Santa? Let Me Tell You!
Download the Santa app on your iOS device. The app is FREE, and there are no Subscription Costs or Delivery Fees. Once downloaded, you can experience Santa in one of three ways:
Neighborhood Visits
When Santa is nearby, you’ll get a text that the truck is in your area, and then the shopping countdown begins! You’ll have about 30–50 minutes to browse and shop their newly curated items. Within minutes of you completing your order, Santa will deliver your purchase before they’re on their way again. And don’t forget, your card won’t be charged until you’ve decided to keep your items.
Not satisfied? Santa will send someone back out to your home for a “return” and you’ll only be charged for what you keep.
Santa On Request
Need something quicker? A last-minute baby shower gift, hostess gift for a party, or a special treat for yourself after a hard week? Request Santa via the app and tell the personal shopper what you’re looking for. A personal shopper will send you a customized storefront via the app for you to shop from. When you’ve found something you like, Santa will have it delivered the next day!
Santa After Hours
Santa is also available to fulfill your late-night shopping needs! Open up the app anytime between 8:00PM–12:00AM and find a unique storefront for you to browse and shop. If you find something you like, checkout, and then Santa will connect with you the next business day to arrange delivery.
