30-Day Challenges to Try this Spring {Free Graphic!}

We’ve all seen them: hashtags on Instagram about decluttering for 30 days or Facebook posts about 30-day fitness challenges. It seems like 30-day challenges are everywhere these days! If you aren’t familiar, a 30-day challenge is a commitment to do something for 30 days. It can be about fitness, household organization, mental health, diet, etc. The sky really is the limit.

I don’t typically do 30-day challenges OR New Year’s resolutions in January. I find them hard to get into right after the holidays. From Thanksgiving to the New Year, our calendar is packed with celebrations and it’s easy to fall out of routine. Thirty-day challenges are hard for me to incorporate into my life as I get back to normal in January and February. My solution? I wait until spring to do them.

Spring is the perfect time for 30-day challenges. It’s warmer, which gives you an excuse to open the windows and spend 30 days spring cleaning or organizing. Fitness challenges can be taken outdoors. Diet challenges are made that much better with springtime produce. And mental health challenges? You could always try to take your journal outdoors and see what you’re inspired to write about at the park.

If you found that your choice of New Year’s resolution didn’t work in January, why not try one of these 30-day challenges this spring? There are multiple options for your home, fitness, diet, and even mental health. Let us know if you try one and how it goes. You can tell us about it either here in the comments, tag us on Instagram, or comment on our Facebook page! This spring, I’ll be tackling home organization with the KonMari method—wish me luck!
