A Guide To Coping During Stressful Times

In the midst of stressful times, it can be easy to give way to the panic and fear that is swirling around you. Social media and the news can be more foe than friend. Decision fatigue sets in heavy as you waft through the abundance of emails and text messages all vying for your attention.

Life can truly feel out of control at the moment, but there are things you can do to gain a sense of control and feel like you are coping during stressful times. Gratitude, meditation, meaningful movement, drinking water, eating clean, engaging in a joy activity, sticking to a routine, and keeping your focus on what you can control are a few simple ways to cope.
