Six Flags Fright Fest

You’ll find family-friendly shows and attractions during the day and thrilling rides and scary haunted houses at night.

Frights ‘N Lights

Explore an adventure trail lined with thousands of shining jack-o’-lanterns. They’ll also have games, Halloween-themed rides, creepy crafts, frightening food and drink options, and tons more. Seriously, check out the “Activities & Attractions” section — there’s too many to list!

Pumpkin Hollow

This weekend event has a little bit of everything: a carnival, haunted trail, local vendors, and a lit-up pumpkin trail featuring hundreds of pumpkins. Costumes encouraged! Some of the carnival activities are free, but an all-access wristband for kids is probably a good idea. See link for details!

Halloween at the Heard

Experience the joy of trick-or-treating along the eerie animatronic Dinosaurs Live! trail. They’ll also have an evening full of fun activities including a family-friendly movie (Luca) in the outdoor amphitheater. Get tickets early, this one always sells out.

Beware! Of the Square

Come in costume for some Halloween-themed fun for the whole family. Trick-or-treating, free kids’ zone, rides, haunted attractions, escape room, and more. They’ll show Hotel Transylvania (PG) outside on the big screen, too. Check the link for more details.

Trunk or Treat Drive-In Movie

Decorate your vehicle and bring your favorite candy to pass out at this all-ages event. Afterwards, enjoy a screening of Coco (PG) from the comfort of your vehicle. Registered participants receive a meal courtesy of Chick-fil-A.

Trick or Treat Trail

Safe, friendly Halloween fun for all ages at Towne Lake Park in McKinney. Local businesses and organizations will line the trail along Towne Lake to hand out candy and treats. They’ll have costume contests, games, live music, food trucks, and more. Free parking at McKinney High School.

Boo on Ballard

The downtown streets are transformed into a Halloween wonderland featuring trick-or-treating, live music, and carnival games. Kids can walk through downtown and receive candy and treats from local merchants.

Frisco Fire Safety Town Trick-or-Treating

Trick-or-treat in the mini town! The buildings will be decorated, and sponsors will be handing out plenty of sweet treats. Visitors should plan to use the free remote parking at the Frisco Athletic Center and shuttle.

NTPA Trunk Or Treat

This trick-or-treating-meets-carnival event is fun for the whole family. This year, it will be a walk-through Halloween extravaganza, giving you more time to explore all the fun fall activities. Check out the themed cars stocked with candy and entertainment by NTPA Academy students and enjoy food truck eats plus giveaways and exciting surprises.

A Heritage Halloween
